I am a recovering computer scientist living in North Carolina, recently graduated with my bachelor's degree. Although I will always be passionate about science and technology, I am currently taking some time to pursue my longtime love of photography.

The majority of my experience to date is in nature photography, but this year I have been experimenting with various styles of portraiture. I am especially proud of my work with silhouettes.

My long-term goal is to work as a travel and documentary photographer.  I'm in the very earliest stages of finding support for a project to document the yurt districts of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.  If all goes well I will start on-site photography for that project in the spring of 2015.


The art works of the artist are dominated by the colors gray and black.
