The light conditions in that particular day were just amazing during all the afternoon. I think, here, we get only a few days a year with such awesome velvet winter light, in the beach near my home. I took of that afternoon to go for a photo walk in the beach and I had in the backpack some lens options. When the sun began to fall down the light became magic: smooth but strong and intense but velvet. The lensbaby usually work very well in those conditions, so I changed to the baby lens with the plastic optic attached and I stay there until almost dark with no light to shoot because maybe it will have to pass months until another day like that comes again.
