One day in in January I decided to visit the Hohenzollern castle as at my home, the sun was shining and I expected a brilliant view from the rims of the Swabian Alb to the castle. When I arrived, a snow storm was brewing and the sun was nowhere in sight. It was minus 10 degree Celsius and an icy wind was blowing. Of course, I wasn't dressed warm enough for these conditions. When I looked over the plains, I noticed a tiny sun spot far out that seemed to move into the direction of the castle. I decided to wait although I was freezing. And miraculously, that sun spot did not vanish but actually hit the castle after 10 minutes waiting for a just few seconds! It was worth not feeling my fingers any more .....
